Who We Are

The Master Guide Ministry is a leadership development and mentoring program of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Its focus is to train leaders who can effectively serve children, youth, young adults, and the wider community.

Our Purpose

To shape Christ-centered leaders who are committed to discipling the next generation.

Our Mission

To equip and empower leaders through high-quality training and hands-on ministry preparation.

Our Vision

A world where every young person comes to know Jesus and chooses salvation.

Our Philosophy

The Seventh-day Adventist Church believes in preparing youth and young adults for a life of leadership, service, and dedication to God and humanity. Master Guide is more than a title—it’s a call to responsibility and Christian character.

Master Guide Song

English:
Press on forward Master Guides with holy boldness; we’re invested with great strength.
With a glorious torch that’s lifted up towards heaven, will bring light into this world.
Though we’re threatened by a world that’s filled with darkness, we’ll go forward without fear.
In the light that keeps on shining from our Savior, to help guide us as we walk the AY path.

Español:
Avancemos sin temor Guías Mayores, investidos con valor;
Levantando en alto la gloriosa antorcha; que a este mundo iluminó,
Aunque densa oscuridad nos amenace caminemos sin temor,
En la luz que el Salvador dejo brillando, para guiarnos por la senda J. A.
